WhO CAN ATTEND?

The conditioning workshops are open to a small, curated group of Director+ customer marketing leaders from B2B companies.

This is a full day program, and attendees must be active participants in the workshop. The day will combine expert perspectives, practical exercises, peer discussion, and real-world application to each attendee’s own customer marketing program.

AGENDA

The full day workshop is broken down into three sessions, building knowledge and skills as the day progresses. Full day attendance is required.

Breakfast, snacks, happy hour and dinner are included.

SESSION 1: THINK LIKE A CRO

Move beyond tactical execution and think more strategically about your impact on business growth.

Hear from leading CROs on how they think about growth and how CMA programs support business goals. Attendees will map programs to the stages of the customer journey, leaving with a tangible record of impact.

SESSION 2: BRACE FOR IMPACT

Partner with RevOps to measure the right metrics and build improvement plans based on the data.

Going beyond what to measure, attendees will walk away with an understanding of how to use that data to inform improvement plans and tie to business outcomes.

SESSION 3: TELL YOUR STORY

Confidently communicate the impact of your program and yourself to the C-suite.

Attendees will leave the workshop with executive-ready story to use when advocating for increased investment, resources, or budget.

HAPPY HOUR + PRIVATE DINNER

Keep the conversations and connections going over good drinks and a delicious meal at a luxury restaurant in the heart of the city.

Why join?

Customer marketing and community teams are under more pressure than ever to prove business and revenue impact, but many still think success is measured by activities instead of revenue outcomes.

We'll challenge attendees to think differently about the role they can play in driving the business, then give them practical ways to make that shift immediately.

You’ll walk away with a clear framework for demonstrating customer marketing’s contribution to business growth, a practical metrics and improvement plan, and an executive-ready story to use when advocating for increased investment, resources, or budget.
